The only concern I have left is with the shipping of a system with one of the large CPU coolers in them i.e. Corsair A70. How do you guys prevent the motherboard from getting damaged, or the cooler from getting knocked loose? I know some of these delivery guys can be rather rough with boxes.

We have special expanding foam that we place inside the computer case that forms an internal mold around the components to help ensure they are not damaged during the shipping process.

Wow, I didn't realize you actually put that in the case. I thought that was just for around the case. Good to know. Thanks.

nah, it's stuffed in the case man. really though, it's not something to be concerned about unless you have one of noctua's massive 3lb behemoths, the Corsair solution's have a relatively small footprint being that they're AIO LC systems.
