Should I install Vista SP1?

Hi all
 
It's been about a month since I got my DS machine, and it's been running great.  It's dual boot, XP Pro/Vista Ultimate 32 bit versions.  I've let Vista do normal updates, but haven't let it do the SP 1 update yet.... I'm afraid it may create problems if I do.  Has anyone heard of issues/problems with SP1 or are the bugs pretty well worked out....I would hate to goof up my Vista when it's working well.

i held off for a while when i saw mine ready to dl but i finally did it with no issues
