Should I switch to bolt x?

   My set up for my lumos is :

I9 9900 k

32 Gb Ram

Asus God like MB

Rtx 2080 Ti

280 MM aio

My biggest question is the same build I can afford with complete liquid cooling on the boat ask. However my biggest concern is having to constantly change the liquid out because I am completely computer illiterate. However I think it looks really cool but then again I would only have one PCI express versus three. I just don’t know what to do any thoughts
