I'm looking to build a new computer and was wondering if I should use a website like Digital Storm to do it. Because I'm not interested constructing computers, it's helpful to have a few options to choose from when looking at parts. It doesn't need to be one of these.

We Forum regulars wouldn't be around if we didn't think Digital Storm was actually a superior place to design a computer build, and expect quality and very strong customer service.

While there's not a great many cases available here, there's a wide variety of configurations that can be tuned to just what you're looking to do.

If you want some help, just tell us what your uses are, your budget, and what spec monitor you are looking to run. I happen to be the bang-for-buck guy. I like to recommend pretty precisely what you need in order to get you the performance you want now. My builds assume you will be happy and able to upgrade as your wants/needs change. All DS computers are pretty fully upgradeable.

I’ve owned two boutique builds so far, an ******* (2016) and now Digital Storm, and the DS is better imo. They’re both expensive, but the build quality and customer service is better at Digital Storm.

Digital Storm has been around for quite some time and their name has always been thrown around as one of the custom pc builders that have a solid reputation. Having owned 4 custom PC built by 4 different companies, DS being the one I chose to build my current PC, I can say that their reputation is well founded.

There are many factors that led me to choose DS this time, but you are the one laying out the money. It is up to you to shop around and compare. When you do, you will find that the costs are comparable for the same config you settle on no matter what company builds your PC. See which builders have a forum for you and customers. See what builders have lifetime support. See how long they have been around.

You can't go wrong with a PC built by Digital Storm..... period! Best of luck.

I recently replaced a 12 year old Digital Storm system that is still a nice gaming machine with the one in my sig block. In the 12 years I have had the old one I only had to replace the fan in an air cooled V8 CPU cooler that was my fault for not taking it apart to clean the inner fins that had got clogged over those 12 years. :-)

Digital Storm computer are not CHEAP. They are built and burned in like the best commercial servers I maintained in large data centers at McDonnell Douglas, IBM, & Boeing.

Digital Storm builds QUALITY systems meant to last! In addition you have the Digital Storm professional staff available for lifetime assistance as well as the satisfied customers here in the Forum that will do everything they can to help you optimize the best system for your gaming or professional business needs!
