If we had to summarize the presence at ShowDownLan, it was absolutely amazing. The event was located in the San Jose convention center, south hall, and was sold out. This was a 500 person LAN event hosted by Maximum PC and PC Gamer magazine. Digital Storm's booth was packed with gamers who were checking out our machines, grabbing free giveaways, and also competing in tournaments for free prizes. We had an amazing time with all of the gamers and we have managed to grab a few shots for your viewing pleasure. We gave over $5,000 in giveaways to gamers, including two Intel quad-core Extreme QX6700 processors, 200 power supplies, and t-shirts.

Also, yes, they are all wearing Digital Storm T-Shirts Wink

It was fairly cool.
Ed1371, it was by Vector (PDX). We are looking into doing LANS in the future.

The PDXlan crew really know how to run a show.. the first one I went to was an 800 man lan (pdxlan 5 I think) totally got me hooked!

If you folks start running lans I may have to make the trip from Oceanside!
