Im going to order a top of the line laptop in about a month from a company who can show me they are worth my money and are worth a future desktop purchase and i need to see something happen with DS laptops before time runs out. I do not want to hear agressively priced, i do not want to hear customer service, show me what you are doing with your laptops for me to consider a purchase.

I know you said you didn't want to here customer service.  Personally I think customer service is one of the top things to consider when making a purchase.  What good is a deal if the company doesn't back their product?  Just my thoughts and best of luck with your purchase no matter who you get it from.

Asangard is right. Customer service is one of the top things to consider when you're making a purchase.

Bprat is right about DS being there for you when you need them and making sure you are satisfied. My boyfriend told me that the customer service was excellent when he talked to a rep on the phone a few days ago.

Someone from DS will have to give you the sales pitch on laptops, but for me the Customer Service is the difference.   Anyone will take your money and delivery a decent product, but the service and support is what seperates the different companies. 
 
DS is there when you need them and will stay with you until your satisfied.  
 
For desktops, their top quality components, not tweeked mobo's and psu's to save money, and the attention to detail count in my book.

I agree. If you are going to put that much money in a product and expect it to perform for years you better make sure someone is there to stand behind it.

I know you said it in your post but, you're getting the best value of your purchase. You're getting the best of both worlds, a great price for the specs/performance as our laptops are aggressively priced and you get the support and service of our brand which other customers here just commented on for you.

Besides that, it's just the hardware that goes into the laptop such as the Intel CPU and NVIDIA/AMD graphics card.

I hope this helps clarify that you're definitely going to get a great laptop for you money and one that's fast, powerful, won't overheat, and is easily upgradable in the future.

Ooooh, I can name a few "gaming PC" companies that can't even do that properly. But DS is not one of them. Big%20Smile
