Just a heads up since I see this is both of your first posts in the forum - the Aventum takes the longest of all to build.
In addition if your build consisted of any of the Nvidia 3000 cards, and/or any of the 3rd gen Ryzen CPU's you can be assured in the delay along with rest of us. I'm not sure if you're aware of the global shortage of hardware but a simple google of any of these components will quickly show that. Even if these newest gen parts haven't been ordered there is still a massive shortage of parts overall because the demand is so high. Factor in Covid and the holidays and I think you both should do your best to forget you ordered a PC and relax if possible haha. It will come in due time, but do not expect a three week or month turn around. :) |

Hi Warmonger,
Its the AMD 5950X that's causing the delay. AMD is giving REALLY, and I mean REALLY small batches at a time... I'm talking 15 a month. We are expecting a larger shipment later in December per AMD so our fingers are crossed. All retailers are in the same boat. Supply vs Demand is a big issue on the new RYZEN 5000 series. We are assigning them on FIFO method. |

I ordered an Aventum X on 11/13... I'm still in stage 1. Amd 5600x and rtx 3080. Hoping it's just them forgetting to update the stages.
