Just count the USB ports on the case and MOBO.

x4 USB 2.0 front case I/O Panel

x6 USB 3.0 back MOBO I/O Panel

x4 USB 2.0 back MOBO I/O panel

There is also a midboard connection for x2 USB 3.0 ports but I do not see a font expansion slot connector listed for that board like you get with the P67 Deluxe. I know most all of the other asus boards come with a rear expansion slot connector that can connect to the midboard but it's usually worthless as it's connection to the board would require the cable to be run across the top of the GPU to reach the back of the case.

Also be warned that not all devices will work on USB 3.0 ports, I learned that the hard way. On my system the two closest USB ports on the front of the case are the 3.0 ports, not the 2.0 ports, so those are the ports I am most likely to use since they are closer. Only problem is my Wired Xbox 360 controller for Windows does not work in those ports.

The indicator light will flash and Windows will show that the device is connected but my games do not detect that it is there when plugged into the 3.0 ports. I plug it into the 2.0 ports and it works fine but not the 3.0 ports.

So with all the 3.0 ports on the back of your MOBO you may find some devices will not work.
