I have been looking at Laptops on the site for sometime (after waiting eagerly to see what you would offer) and have put together a couple of configurations with both the Dominator and Bench Crusher range.

The problem is that The Save and e mail option on the Bench Crusher page did not seem to work (the first couple of times the other week). I put together the Bench Crusher first pressed the button got the message that I was being sent the stats and Ticket No., did the same for the Dominator, but I only received the ticket No. & stats for the Dominator and not the Crusher (I have got a different one now but it took some time).

In the mean time I sent a couple of emails directly to DS (I had some communication a bit ago when you were still just advertising Laptops as "STORM BREWING"), put read receipts on them but have never had a reply (its been a long while), have there been any problems? or is it because I have a .de address at the moment (I work around the place), I would say no as we have talked before using that address.
 
The only other thing I could think of is does your system do a back up / reboot at some stupid time your time which is wide awake time for me which is causing it?
It is just a little concerning if we do business together!
Any one else had the same problems??

That is strange as I am the one who receives these emails.  I know we have made some changes with our mail server but you shouldn't be blocked on any level.

Kelly Thanks for the reply, I'm off to bed (have to travel early morning) its 2330hrs my time I will drop you a line soon particularly after some replies to my other post in the configuration forum (we live in hope).

Thats what I love about DS. You get a reply from a rep nearly instantly when you have a problem. Original post was 1200am on the nose, Kelly replied at 1224. Fantastic service.

I know I've been having problems with the order status updater thing, it still says I'm in Stage 1, but last time I talked to Alex on Friday he said it would be shipped in 4-5 business days. So I'm guessing the site just isn't updating for whatever reason.

Though it seems to be updating for other people oddly enough.

I think I've been spoiled by the idea that I can get status updates, so now I keep getting curious about how its coming, lol
