I’ve been trying since yesterday to buy a custom lumos, but every time I go to submit the order it gives me this error code:
error persisting pares information (code 1140) Can anyone help with this issue? |

I should also note that I’ve tried different browsers and devices. Still with no luck.

There might be a payment portal issue. PARes stands for Payer Authentication Response, so something is failing within the payment authentication system, though I don't know enough about these order management systems to say what code 1140 points to specifically. I'd just wait until tomorrow and try again, if it's still giving you that issue then you'll probably have to contact DS so they can figure out where in the process the issue is.

Sorry. we’ve seen this happen with certain credit cards. If possible, could you use a different card, if not, pick PayPal as a payment method and you can checkout without an account via credit card.

I'm having the same problem trying to buy the Lynx. I've tried using a different card and even tried to create a PayPal account as well but for whatever reason it does not let me link my card.

I had a similar issue and called in and they walked me thru dealing with it.
They ended up having me submit the order a special way that did not require a payment right away then manually they did the payment. It took some time, but the person was very helpful. |

Notice in Alex's post it said you could "pick PayPal as a payment method" and then you "can check out without an account" (meaning PayPal) "via credit card". Try that. Otherwise, I guess you're stuck until 9:00 AM Pacific time Monday, when you can call.
