I was wondering whether it would be better for me to go SLI with my Geforce GTX 285, or just get a new card all together? I have a powerful enough power supply to do either one. Just wondering which would be more cost effective.

Just get a new card, if you can afford it, a 570, will be much more powerful then dual 285's. :p

single 570 is same/better then sli 285 and supports dx11.

but wait till jan of 2012, there are new gpus coming out, get one of those.
