Smallest case that fits a 10.5in GPU

I've since upgraded my digital storm box to have a gtx 285, and had to remove the harddrive cage for it to fit.  I think the cooling may also be insufficient for the hotter parts that I have running.

I feel like some of the full towers are way too big, as I've only got 1 dvd rom and 2 hdds. 

Is there any case that comes with the length for a big gpu without being excessively tall?

Agh, if you only had 1 HDD i thought the silverstone LC04 could have worked.
