First of all, welcome to DS. Please be aware that these forums are not a direct conduit into Digital Storm and have been historically utelized as a customer to customer sounding board with the occasional input from Digital Storm. We have no knowledge of any sepcifics of any order.

Have you contacted DS about your concerns? If you have questions that have not been answered via telephone or email with Customer Service at DS, you've been invited (per numerous threads here in the forums) to contact the Head of Customer Service, and all around good guy, Alex at [email protected].

Email him, get the answers to your specific questions and know that you're in very good hands.

Secondarily, should you wish to display the "Verified Customer" badge you need to make certain your email addresses for the forums and your order match exactly.

Now because we love to live vicariously through others, we're going to ask what machine you're waiting on and what options/pieces/choices you made to go along with it. Also, we love pictures of new machines in their new homes when they finally do arrive.

Sorry to hear that; there are usually many factors to this; one of them was the massive backlog from the holidays, then we had a large portion of our staff out sick due to the cold/flu season. Things have improved dramatically in the last few weeks, and we are pumping out more units every week.
