SO MUCH FRUSTRATION!!!!

I dont know if anyone else has ever had this issue but after playing in a server with just me and one friend, i closed gmod and returned in about 3 hours and tried to play again. I got the dreaded failed to load launcher .dll the specified procedure could not be found. I've scoured the internet looking for fixes and done literally EVERYTHING i have found
deleted the bin
deleted the tier0 files
deleted wsock or whatever
verified game files in steam
renamed bin and directly verified game files
system restored before the first server play when game was working
uninstalled
deleted all gmod add ons
EVERYTHING!!!
I'm filled with utter frustration, if anyone has ever dealt with this, i would love you forever and a half if you were able to help me out with this, i sent a support ticket to valve but who knows how long until someone can help me, and their fix on the website which i had done previously, also doesnt work which is what i will have to tell the support guy... if anyone can offer any info i would greeeeeatly appreciate it
