Bad news... this is mainly a users forums. The bosses at DS (with the exception of the Customer Service Manager and a couple other great folks) really don't hang out here on the forums.
If you've emailed and called you've done what the rest of us could do... Still, the rest of us don't have 800K followers, either..

More bad news, I'm afraid. Even if you talked today there is a very slim chance you'd have a machine by the holidays. DS builds each one by hand and has a 7 stage processing system.
The builds they are starting this week, AFAIK, are shipping early next month at best. |

I just upgraded to the new Digital Storm system in my sig block a few weeks ago. It replaced another Digital Storm system that was 12 years old that still games pretty good. I only had to replace a fan during the entire 12 years and had no other problems. The old beast will be used by another family member while I play the latest & greatest at Ultra settings on the new one.

Let's see how many DS rigs have I bought? Six I think. My 2011 "Cube" still runs. With an old I7 990X Extreme(OC) with an old X58. And a newer Titan XP 12GB Star Wars Collector Edition JEDI.
And my "Behemoth" 2015 Laptop with SLI 980Ms is still running great.
The latest was a new DS Lumos computer last year for my Husband. When I finally retire next year and move then I will be buying a Aventum. When I find a company that's this good and a fabulous forum full of incredible people(who ALWAYS help)? Why would I buy from anyone else?

I must give you respect on your Digital Storm heritage. I just replaced my 12 year old Digital Storm beast with the system in the sig block a few weeks ago. I loved it and this new one is simply FAST!!!! The old one only need a CPU cooler fan replaced in all those 12 years and is still a pretty decent gaming machine. ETAPRIME does indeed have a cool web site. I have watch a few and his latest running a 3080ti on a computer that was smaller than the GPU itself. :-) Doing 4K on a system smaller than a breadbox. A tough love message post here. Your behavior is not really helping your desire.
Foremost, begging is not a good look. Second:
Quick calculating puts the average at ~80,000 views per video throughout the period of 1 to 4 weeks ago. That's not a judgement of quality. Third -- I have no clue if Alex similarly made the following assessment -- your content appears to primarily be about mobile and retro gaming (emulators) featuring single board computers, smartphones, consoles, portable gaming devices, plus a standard PC or laptop sporadically. While, I assume, you do a good job and probably have a lot of grateful viewers, your target audience is not superbly close to Digital Storm's. That fact could reasonably add doubt to the value in providing you with a review unit. I was pretty impressed with the innovative low cost solutions that ETAPRIME highlighted on his YouTube channel. I was pleased that he would consider reviewing a Digital Storm High End system like those that current DS customers are hooked on.

Sounds to me that when DS gets the new laptops you would receive a request to present your case. Which is very understandable since why would they want to give any reviewer soon to be obsolete products. Good luck.
