I just received my system today and I have to say, I'm impressed with the packaging it was in and the build quality.

I'm setting the system up right now and have a few questions.
In the UNLIKELY case, based on DS's reputation and build quality, I have to do some troubleshooting over the phone with a tech rep, what software does DS use to isolate issues.

What software does DS utilize to monitor temps within Windows?
How can I tell what my overclock'd CPU (it was overclocked although ticket doesnt state so) is running at?

Thanks for any assistance you could provide.  Here are my system specs:

well there is no software to isolate, you tell the tech what your symptoms are and then they look at possible causes, to check ram we use memtest, you should have a copy of this.

to check your temps use HWMonitor

now I'm a bit confused, did you ask them to OC your CPU cause as your ticket says you didn't want it OCed.

you can check with CPU-z and see what your OC is.

BTW this is the configuration section, your thread is in the wrong section
