CCleaner gives you many tools also, I love the "startup" section, lets you edit things that startup with the pc and thus letting you keep it lean and clean so the pc boots up fast, you don't bs you won't need running in the background anyways.

and I also love its uninstall section, since CCleaner boots up so fast, its much faster to uninstall from it, instead of add/remove.

The latter is an image editing program that's surprisingly full featured and free
 
 
Oh, and Stardock's "Fences". It's a program that allows you to corral all those loose icons on the desktop, and is pretty neat. Also free.
