First my computer has been running for 5 days without major problems.

However, I got an email about my OC which says 3.75 Ghz, but from my system it reads 3.57Ghz, I guess it might have been a mistake, but in fact I am very satisfied with the current OC. so I don't really care that much. and it runs cooler.

#2 I originally ordered what I believed to be the DS Mushkin 6 Gbs 1600 MHz memory. I got a call saying it was out of stock so I got an upgrade. I'm not sure what the upgrades are, but when I boot up, the sepcs reads: Memory frequency 1066 Mhz. Is this a different frequency than what I think?

i second that .. my DS Mushkin 6 gb 1600 mhz also says 1066 mhz at startup. i raised it to 1600 mhz and my pc didn't load, kept rebooting a few times and lead to the bios.

both your cpu and ram are running fine.

run CPU-z and check out core speed under the cpu tab while pc is under load and you will see your 3.75 oc, the bios at load does not report the correct speed of the ram so ignore that, you can check your ram speed with cpu-z also.
