Im a new customer to DS as i was making my order and i clicked on the add to cart the page took awhile to load and when it did i got an error msg i didnt think any thing of it and i hit back and then re loaded the page and i noticed every thing was more expensive and i thought that DS had just upped the prices so i reconfigured to fit my budget and finished my order and placed it 10 min later i went back on the site and the prices went back to normal i was over charged around $1500 i have to wait till monday to speak to some one about this and hopefully fix it and change my order back to what i originally wanted has this happen to any one else?

As one who sometimes gives configuration advice, I have used the Configurator extensively, and I also have extensive time on the website. I've never experienced or heard of your experience happening before.

You haven't asked any advice, but just as a consumer in America for a lifetime, I think you should reconsider paying $539.22 to save 2 or 3, or even 4 days shipping time after waiting up to 25 days for the custom build.   

I should also mention there is a FREE upgrade to the 4 year warranty package. IDK if you must select that, or they give it to everyone. You did not select it.

i did not even notice the free upgrade to the warranty as for the shipping that was the cheaper choice for what ever reason. I just really hope i can sort this out and thank you for the help

Welcome to DS.

I don't do configurations but you don't need the OS Boost and I would go for the W11 Pro option. Support for W10 will end in a couple of years.

DS will make it good, no worries.
Do email Alex and give them a call. Remember they are in the West coast.

Thank you for the help we decided to cancel the order and im just going to reorder im just waiting for the money to be returned to my account im very excited to get my first DS pc i have wanted one for years
