Hello. I managed to get the dual boot. Was actually pretty easy. The SB Extreme Music Card I have works great with Windows xp but not with Windows7. I have software I use with that card to work with music files so I don't want to change it. However, I have no support for it with windows7. So my question is that is there an easier way to get on board sound with windows7 and use the sound blaster with xp, without having to enable and disable the on-board sound each time I want to use the other OS? All I could get from googling was I may be able to enable or disable the devices through windows but I am not too sure, some of the information is conflicting. Any help would be most appreciated! Thank you so much!

That's a good question. Big%20Smile   I haven't done a dual boot system in years, but I would think, within each OS after you boot to it, you can select which sound source to use or disable the one not being used and the settings would hold for the next time without any more action required.  I'm not sure if there would be any IRQ conflict in Device Manager or not.
