PCI Express X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Champion Series

I bought it today and even though the status Bar show action of sound as well from my microphone, I can not hear a single thing. Disabled the preset audio in BIOS, installed about 3 updates from the creative website (only saw 3). I tried to windows update a file but it failed, and so I did the updates manually on their website, and still I cannot hear a dam thing. Help me out DS, I'm about to lose it.

-Without really doing anything I decided to give one of the back slots a try, and my mic and headset work nicely (first few times they did not work), but the front jacks while detected, still give off no sound nor mic sound. Much help appreciated.
