I have what I hope is a simple question.
I was shipped my rig with the wrong sound card installed. I spoke with Alex and have a new sound card coming in the mail. My question is this: I have SLI and the bridge blocks removal of the card. I was able to open the case and look at the card without having to remove it to confirm its identity and that it was not what I ordered, however, to replace it I obviously need to remove it. Never having dealt with SLI before.... I just power down, and remove the bridge I assume, is there anything special I need to be aware of? Does the bridge just pop off? And is back on the same thing? Thanks All Dave |

with the humidity in my area right now, static is a long lost phenomenon but I will make sure I ground myself to be sure.
I swear anything colder than 70 degrees gets condensation on it right now in my area :) Dave Edited by Kliebor2 - 29 Jul 2008 at 2:40pm |
