I have what I hope is a simple question.

I was shipped my rig with the wrong sound card installed.

I spoke with Alex and have a new sound card coming in the mail. My question is this:

I have SLI and the bridge blocks removal of the card.

I was able to open the case and look at the card without having to remove it to confirm its identity and that it was not what I ordered, however, to replace it I obviously need to remove it.

Never having dealt with SLI before....

I just power down, and remove the bridge I assume, is there anything special I need to be aware of?

Does the bridge just pop off? And is back on the same thing?

Thanks All

Dave

with the humidity in my area right now, static is a long lost phenomenon but I will make sure I ground myself to be sure.

I swear anything colder than 70 degrees gets condensation on it right now in my area :)
