Hey guys my computer is in for repairs and I was thinking of changing the sound card while its in there. Is the creative PCI cards any better than thier old ones I have the creative fatal 1ty but they never seem to update the drivers for vista. I have the old 5.1 Klipsch system hooked up which is still a great sounding system dont know why they quit making it. Just curious about it I probably wont do anything with it but its such a hassle sending it in I am going over everything. Thanks

the razer card is nice and the sound is good. The user interface is a bit to juggle, but once you get that down, its real nice.

Creative cards are good but not great at the moment.
I'd go with ASUS's Xonar D2X, it's an amazing sound card. |
