What is the difference between X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Champion series and X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Professional series. Since I was comparing them on creative labs and did not see a difference.

The top picture is the X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Champion.
The bottom picture is the X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty Professional.

As you can see, the sound card itself is the same.  The Champion adds another part that goes into the front of your computer, giving you jacks that connect directly with the sound card as well as control knobs.

I have the Champion series and love the real physical volume controls and the extra RCA audio inputs on front.

Onkel_Ken,
What do you use with those RCA inputs? I was shopping this card earlier and couldn't think of a use for them. Big%20smile

Speaking of sound cards, is there a difference in pci and pci-e sound cards?

Also I've read that integrated sound is much better. Does integrated sound now have the flexibility like a sound card would normally have?

integrated sound isnt necessarily better, just means you dont have to waste a slot on a seperate card, geneerally the sound quality on a seperate card is better
