For those who must know, here are the answers in order.
  1. SET TERMINAL/INQUIRE
  2. SET FILE/PROTECTION=OWNER:RWED ACCOUNTS.F
  3. SET HALT RESTART/MAINT
  4. RUN DEBUG/ACCOUNTS.F

And as an added bonus, something I made out of boredom. This is a code made in ComputerCraft, and if you want to, you can run it from pastebin using a ComputerCraft Emulator... Just Google it.

This has no useful purpose. If you want to see what it does, you can open the emulator, emulate an advanced computer, and type 'pastebin get fK7cq1dH terminal' and then type 'terminal'.
