Would it be practical for someone to put 2 OCZ 120GB SSDs in the HDD 1 set (raid 0) and then put 2 OCZ 250GB SSDs in the HDD 2 set (raid 0 as well)? Would you gain any performance or would you be better off going with a 500GB HDD or something like that?

I think the speeds of one 120GB/250GB is plenty, and you should use them only for os/apps/games for HDD1, to use them for storage is foolish IMO, for storage go with a 500GB
