So I’m a bit confused I bought a 860 EVO sata 6Gb/s to replace the super talent sata ssd but I keep on coming upon the Reboot and select proper boot device with the new 860 EVO that I installed. What do I do from here?

I could be wrong but I believe that is just a setting in your bios that needs changed not the cords. Not positive |

Does the new SSD have your Win 10 on it? You can't change the boot order in your bios until you can actually boot to that device. Proper order is to install the new drive, clone your OS to it, and then change your boot order to look at the new drive before the old one.
Lifetime Tech Support is just that. A DS tech would be happy to walk you through the procedure on the telephone.
