Found this link and it has a few suggestions on how to improve the speed  and longevity of your drive.. Although im scared to change any setting other then disabling hibernate. The three tweaks I thought might be beneficial are disabling system restore, superfetch/prefetch and drive indexing.

What do you guys think??

Please ignore that guide, it is largely crap.

There's really not much to do done, Windows makes sure to not schedule defrag on SSDs and everything else is really superficial and unneeded. However if you want the full range of Intel supported tweaks then:
1) Install and run the latest Intel SSD Toolbox.
2) Click Intel SSD Management Tools.
3) Click System Configuration Tuner and click Run.
4) If there's anything it wants to change it will be listed it red and it will offer to change the settings for you.
5) ???
6) Profit.

Thanks dragonseal, it turned off prefetch and superfetch and that was the only optimization it suggested.
