Hey everyone,
    I ordered my rig last Monday 9/14/15, the payment was processed the same day, and I have been in stage 1 ever since. I was curious how long some of you remained in stage 1 for before it shipped. Regards.

Did you order a prebuilt Vanquish or a custom built computer. The prebuilts stay in stage one until they are ready to ship (then they jump to stage 7). From what I have seen here, that is around 5 business days. If it is a prebuilt you may want to email and check. There was a glitch in the system where mine was in stage 1 for over a week when it had actually moved past that stage.

Patience is a virtue my friends. Although this is the most difficult part of buying a computer online is having to wait...they will eventually update the status. Try to fill the dead time with something other than checking your e-mail every hour...otherwise time will creep on by. Congrats on your new systems though!

I was stuck at Stage 1 for a loooong time. I had to do a lot of pestering to finally get it to stage 7 this week... and it was a Vanquish too. Part of the problem for me was that the processors were on back order. I understood that, so I was patient. They got a hold of my father (since he's the one that ordered the computer) and told him they got the processors and they'd get to work soon. So we waited... and waited... and waited... Almost a month passes since he ordered the comp. I got a hold of DS multiple times until Alex told me to since him an email with the order details. Suddenly jumped to Stage 6 on monday, then 7. Now I'm waiting for a tracking number.

Keep in mind that my problem will likely not happen to you, but if it takes more than a week and a half and you're still on stage 1, I'd start asking questions.

Both of your orders will be shipping within the next few days. VANQUISH orders remain in Stage 1 usually and ship to Stage 7. Hang in there, we're aware of your orders and they are a top priority.
