Computer has been in stage 1 for 6 days. Is that normal?

I was in stage 1 for almost a week. Just remember this is not some mass-produced computer that you can pick up at any store. This is a custom computer built for you. These things take some time.

got my new computer had some problems with it RMA the next day. I think its been 2 weeks since then. And still in stage 2 of the RMA : O
