I’ve been on stage one since March 3rd and I’m curious to if this is normal. I know Covid is around and supplies are low but I’m just a little worried.

I ordered 2/23 and got moved to Stage 2 last week. It will be longer than normal for the reasons you outlined above. I would contact their customer service if you have concerns about it.

Stage one took me the longest. Few months honestly due to a few components being out of stock everywhere. They have to order each piece from their consumers.

I've been @ stage 3 since u been @ stage 1. PC market inventories are causing hold ups. For instance I know the cpu is holding mines up after speaking to DS customer service personnel. its apparently a struggle to get some components. I ordered Jan 6. Yet I have seen many orders get filled via the forums in dreamable time frames such as 20-35 days. The velox review in the GD was ordered and received fast. when I saw the eta change to March for my processor back in January, I knew I had a wait coming because a line of 5950x just were completed and shipped for NOV-jan 6 orders. I would say your stage is as normal as the next unlucky guy. lol. I'm unlucky.

I entered Stage 1 on 3/13, and still there. My build is a Slade with an Intel I7-10700k chip. I'm wondering what configuration gets built in the normal time frames?

got the machines April 22. One problem. I was shorted 16 (2x8)gb ram, but other than that the rig is pretty sweet. Ill just have to call. I am wondering how it (5950x) will perform againt my i9 beast. Oh the rig came with a PNY XLR8 RTX3090.

Quick little update I moved to stage 2 a week ago on April 20th. So it took about a month and a couple weeks to move from 1 to 2. Not bad. Although it looks like I still have a couple months to wait lol.

Dude, if your concerned with your order like I was. Send an email to [email protected]. If he can't get a rush put on your order he will definitely will let you know what the hold up is. Its a way better option that calling their help line or anything else.

It won't take a couple of months, orders ship usually within a close range of the revised 30-35 business day estimate which is about two months from being processed.
