Stage 3 for 3 Weeks

I’ve had my order stuck on stage 3 for over 3 weeks and need to know what the issue is with my order?

This is the order I have purchased as is listed by the email received when the purchase went through on august 11th.

Update: I have contacted customer service and apart from being informed of the reason to the delay of the order it has also been bumped up to vip status so hopefully there will be no more issues to sort out in the future

For anyone else who has been stuck on stage 3 or looking to order right now...

I spoke with a very nice support rep this afternoon to see when my order would be leaving stage 3 (ordered my Velox on Sat, August 11th).

She informed me that DS evidently has had a massive 4-week backlog this summer that they've been trying to work through.

My PC, according to her, should be going to stage 4 in the next few days. (hopefully this Friday)

If you've ordered recently... I would expect you're looking on waiting for a handful of weeks before their builders eventually get to it.
