Just curious but during stage for they mention a possibility that we're still waiting for accessories or non-essential components. That doesn't include Power supply or Graphics correct?

I got an email indicating that my Computer is in stage 4 on Nov 2 but then received another email on Nov 3 stating that my PS and Graphics card (4090) not in stock?

I'm confused because if we're missing those parts, then why push it to stage 4?
