I've been at Stage 3 for my computer since the 15th of December, I sent a ticket in wanting some update of where the computer is at in terms of staging but never got a reply.
I know there was the whole holiday season but how long does it typically take? A bit concerned |

That is where the answers are. We here are mostly users with no knowledge of time lines or builds. He's the Customer Support Manager and really a great guy to work with for answers. Good luck |

Yes I do. Sorry, been away on some big projects with the company, haven't had a chance to catch up here on the forums.
