So excited for my new ode level 1 it blew through stage 1-4 but then it reach stage 5 its been a good 6 business and still no email I know that there busy and this stage takes the longest so any advice to past the time?

Stage 5 takes the most time, all of the other stage updates are quick. I would give it 10 business days at least for Stage 5.

Im at stage 6 but it's been 5 months sense I have had a comp so waiting hasn't been that hard but I can't wait!

The computer will definitely come with a DVI adapter but the HDMI cable depends on the video card. |

You will need to purchase a HDMI cable if you would like to use one with the video card.

My computer, an Aventum, has been hung on stage 3 for over a week. Is that normal? I think the chassis is built during stage 3 as well; wasn't sure what the typical time was for an Aventum to be in Stage 3. I don't wanna bug DS calling and asking for a status update but LORD I can't wait for this thing to get here!
Any ideas on Aventum stage 3 time? Thanks, Landon |

Err0xx, my aventum was in stage 3 for about 10 days (not business days). Should go to stage 4 for you soon. Be patience my young padawan.
FYI, I'm in stage 5... The longest stage, expect another 10-15 days here. |

Aventum's take quite some time. However, our team is working hard on them (the team's also been working on weekends). On average it will take 20 business days for an Aventum to ship, even more. The chassis is hand built by the builder, and testing the PC takes time as we want to make sure it's perfect.

Today was the end of the 16th business day, 22nd total day, and I have not hit stage 5 :( If 5 takes 10-15 days, that's gonna be looooooong. I know it's worth it, just getting antsy. Stage 4 for over a week.

Rock and roll man, I wanna see pics of that thing when you get it. My suspicion is I might have slipped past stage 4 relatively quickly, but for whatever reason my status wasn't updated. Seems like updating the status of every single order the second the status changes would get monotonous and very easy to forget. I hope I'm already well into stage 5 and just think I'm still in 4. One can hope. |
