I just got an email saying my computer is in Stage 5! I hope it ships Monday!! I hope this weekend goes by fast (and I never want the weekend to end). I can't wait till next week!

sorry man but I dont think they work weekends, I hit stage 5 last friday and MY Beula shipped on tuesday. So you may not get your monday wish, but I say GOOD LUCK!

Yeah I was afraid of that. They are probably real busy Monday too with everything from over the weekend.

How long did it take you to get your Beula after it shipped on Tuesday? I'm thinking maybe 3 days from CA to SD...ground shipping.

Shipping is next!!!!  When I got my tracking number it was listed as UPS.  I kept logging that tracking number and it would come back that it couldn't find it.  After a couple of days, the computer arrived by FEDEX.  Moral of the story is that if you can't find your package under the tracking number, try different vendors to track it.

The best way to track your tracking number is search it on google and it will find the right vendor for it.

WOOT! Thats awesome. Moving along quite nicely. I'm actually impressed at how fast mine has been moving along....everyday I've hit a new stage. Not once has it gone over 2 days without hitting a different stage.

Looks like they have a good process going now....or maybe I was just lucky ;p

Really? I've been in Stage 1 since July 30th. Starting to wonder if something is wrong. I'm a little paranoid though, first time buying a Laptop.

I got mine via UPS ground...and wish I hadn't. The computer was damaged in transit (vid card fell out and the PCI slot was all twisted), and now I have to send it back to get fixed. Same thing happened to a friend of mine; apparently UPS isn't very kind to their packages. Confused

Really blows, I hate waiting, and now I get to wait 2-3 more weeks. Grrr!

Well, I'm going to give Customer Service another call and see if I can get them to send it back to me via FedEx or DHL after it's repaired. I'm kinda terrified of the prospect of going through this whole repair process, just to have it broken during shipping again.

I almost did cry, lol. I have to say though, customer service was very nice and helpful. I just wish I hadn't had to rely on them the same day I got the computer!!

Problem is Couriers tend to charge ridiculous Brokerage fees to get it across the border, or at least UPS does. Not sure about FedEX, though since FedEX is in Canada too, maybe not so much.
