Sorry to make another topic so soon, but I have a question.

On Monday (7/16), I received my stage 7 Email super early in the day (around 1 or 2 EST I believe). In it, it read:

Estimated Shipment Date: Within 1 business day (Mon-Fri) from 7/16/2018

I was wondering, since it’s now Wednesday, would it have shipped yet? Perhaps there’s a backup? How long did you guys’ stage 7s last?

I hate to seem super needy, but I’m just curious. Mostly because I ordered the priority build so I could get it through quicker.

Stage 7 for most computers means it is on the truck that day or the next.. then you're at the mercy of the shipping gods as to when the machine shows up.

Having said that, the heavier systems that come strapped to pallets as real freight ship on Fridays, IIRC. They can take a bit longer to get to you as they are handled differently.

Now, if you're not on a pallet and waiting for a tracking number, they have been known to be a bit tardy at times.

My guess, not knowing where you live, is that if you got the Stage 7 email Monday morning you should have your machine NLT Monday next. Heck if you're closer than the east coast you might even get it today or tomorrow... /shrug

Hang in there!!

Thanks for the insight!!

I ordered it with overnight shipping (not freight) as well. That’s the only reason I’m a bit confused as to this whole thing (I went all out on the getting it to me ASAP ). I’m not by any means near the coast; I shall pray for a package tomorrow morn.
