Hey everyone.  I am new to DS and just placed an order.  I can't wait for it to get to me and  I was just wondering, what is the average progression of the stages (i.e. Stage 2 --> 3 --> 4 etc.  Thanks a lot.  I have been reading for a while now and finally made the plunge after reading everyone comments on all the different configs every1 had, you guys r the best.

Everyone's is different. It depends on how busy they are, how their current inventory on parts is, and the complicity of your computer selection.

Stage 1 - 11/19
Stage 2 - 11/19
Stage 3 - 11/19
Stage 4 - 11/19
Stage 5 - 11/25
Stage T - 1800MHZ had to be swapped out, couldn't call DS so it took about 4 days to actually talk with them about what to change.
Stage 5/6 - 12/09

So yah, If you don't encounter any problems the time from order to the delivery seems to be about almost a month, give or take.

Speaking for myself, the wait is excruciating!!!  My build seems to be stuck in Stage 5.  But hey, as long as it is running properly when I get it.  And this gives me time to let "Velocity" know that there is another computer moving in!

Woo hoo!!!  Happy day!!!  I just reached Stage 7- looks like it is shipping out so I guess I'll get it before Christmas.  I can't wait!  Hope there are no problems with FedEx.

And now maybe not.  Seems that the memory I chose (Corsair DHX) doesn't play well with the i7.  Not sure but it seems the shipping may have been held up as a result...still no tracking number.  Sigh....
