Hello everyone, I have a question in regards to how long each stage takes roughly.I purchased a lynx lv2 on April 5th and shortly afterwards I got an email regarding it'll take 3 weeks to ship which I'm assuming meant 15 business days.

Starting next monday, It'll mark the 11th business day and my order is still on stage 1(processing),Does this eventually speed up? I'm in no rush to get the PC but based off forum post that I've read I've seen others in 3rd stage or so by this time.

Hello victoronflame and welcome to the forums.

With the current situation in the world, guessing ship times is not something I would try. Although DS has been on the forums with a note saying that they are doing everything they can to get the orders out while still working as safely as possible for the employees. Perhaps our DS insiders, Alex or Stellar, might be able to shed some light on your order.

Hang in there, it's gonna be great.

Great question!

All orders are shipping with the estimations we've provided when you place your order. Stage update emails are going to be delayed as orders get on backlogs and quickly change as they get closer to shipping.

Previous Lynx orders are estimated to ship at the last week of April towards the later end, whereas new Lynx orders that are coming in now are shipping early May (this is all noted on the configurator during checkout).

Hey Alex does that mean that the stages are just not being properly reflected and could be more far along than whats being displayed? Sorry for the dumb question just wanted to clarify, thanks for your help!

That is possible, but not usually the case. The main delay right now is backlogged orders pending to be built in Stage 1. I would focus more on the estimated ship date than Stage updates.

Hi Alex, are you all on the six week schedule for custom builds?

I believe I am going into week three tomorrow. The anxiety!!
