im having a problem starting up the pc when it starts up it starts with safe mode options than it will go to the normal black windows xp loading screen but half way loading it flashes a blue screen fast and restarts the cycle over again i tryed calling tech for 3 days now and cant get anyone to call me back
2 weeks ago i was hit with a virus and i think igot it all out and woundering if this came back
soory for the bad spelling im doing this on the phone and dont have a working coumpter at this time

sounds like your files got corrupt or something, try start up repair first:

well after playing around with tech and pulling out some wires i have lost 1-2 hard drives
the coumpter is about 6-7 years old now so i guss now i think i will start to look at a new one

I think you need proper virus scan if it opens with safe mode. Blue screen is due to some driver files corrupted or missing. If this will not sort out soon then may other hardware problems arise. If system doesn't open in safe mode you need format or check up for repair.
