Ever since i got my vanquisher 4 level 4 my steam will just stop a download and schedule it to restart in 5 minutes at what seems to be random ... but on my old computer i downloaded everything without any hiccups does anyone have any idea why this is happening>?

Hmm,

For starters I'd check within Steam itself.

Go to Steam (upper left corner) > Settings > Downloads

Make sure "Limit Bandwidth to" is set to "No Limit"
Check the box to allow downloads during gameplay
Uncheck the box to throttle downloads while streaming

Hit ok, see if that helps at all.

If none of that does anything, have you installed any new programs (antivirus, Skype, etc.) on your new Vanquish that weren't on your old computer?

It is not the computer it is steam. The Steam servers have been performing very poorly lately try changing your region and redownloading.

Interesting, I've had no problems lately. Normally I always have Steam problems. Must be my lucky day at last. Hahaha

I do not have any new programs i do have skype but i also had skype on the old one .. and if anything my internet is better on this computer than the last one
