STEAM Give Away

If you have STEAM but have not been on for a few days, or if you don't have it it's about time you do, they are giving away all sorts of stuff now through New Years. If you complete various tasks or achievements you have the chance to win free games and other stuff. I personally got a free copy of Portal 2 just by joining the STEAM Holiday group as one of today's tasks to complete. (Sorry, but I gave it to my brother already)

To go along with the give away they of course have a ton of games on sale as only STEAM ever offers. Games like Duke Nukem Forever are only sale for $4.99. Arkham City is on sale for $19.99. More games go on sale each day, up to 75% off. There are some games, along with all their DLC, for as cheap as $3.99.

The big kicker in the give away is the chance to win every game on STEAM. Yes, EVERY GAME, that's hundreds and hundreds of games. The prizes for completing the tasks and achievements are random and you can get things like a game, a coupon for a discount on certain games or a Lump of Coal. The lumps of coal can be "crafted" into a random free game with 7 lumps of coal. Or you can hold on to all of your coal and every piece is 1 entry into the big give away on Jan 2nd.
