I just got to stage 2 Friday and it's been 21 days I made a basic build with a 1660ti gpu nothing to hard to get I would imagine anyone know what's going on? I've had friends get their builds in about one month im on stage 2 and it'd been almost a month.

Yeah my Stage 2 (Nov 13, 2020, 2:30 PM Stage 2: Inventory Assigned (2-5 Business Days)) is now on 18 days.

If this is Covid related, I completely understand. If this is supply related, I completely understand. But when 3-5 days turns into 18 with no communication, I start getting worried.

I have faith, but I worry. It's my nature.

btw I wasn't a jerk about it - just genuinely want to know about my order. They got my thousands out of my account weeks ago.   Just wanted to make sure they will deliver.

No one here thought that you sounded like a 'jerk'.. we've all been there and we know the anxiousness of waiting. With the current situation in the manufacturing and delivery processes that waiting can be exponentially lengthened.

We're with you in spirit and here for any advice or questions that you need answered from other customers.

Both Alex and Stellar replied to my email. They said they'd take care of it. I got very good advice from this forum. Thank you.

Of course I need to see a package on my porch before this is all over, but the communication is encouraging.
