You're right. The panels have been here for four days now and it definitely seems awkward that your system would still be here. After I talked with you today I investigated this matter and discovered that we were actually missing a critical piece to the TJ10 case. Since we normally stock the TJ09 we didn't have any extra front door mechanisms (the piece that was missing) in stock and had to have it special ordered from Silverstone and overnighted. So this is where the confusion happened; Silverstone said it would ship out, it didn't, and this went on for two or three days. We kept telling you your system would ship tomorrow because we were expecting the new front door mechanism in that day. I have confirmed with Alex that the mechanism is in transit and will be here tomorrow morning. We'll then put the final touches on your case and ship it out tomorrow. I wish we knew that this was the original problem in the first place, but there was a misunderstanding between quality inspection and the service department. We're going to throw in a free t-shirt for your trouble.

The door is painted and it was the door itself we were waiting for. It had something to do with one of the springs in the door joint, though I don't know the exact details there. As for when I join your servers, look for Dashuu. That's the name I default with if I can.
