I have a Strange Problem while i was quitting a  game, a pop up  showed up claiming that my performance is slow and there for windows theme has go to being to basic?

Thats strange as i don't know understand for why the pop up  is suggesting that my desktop  performance is slow? would be the cause of that?

I believe you get that when OS thinks its getting low on ram or vram.  You could just turn off the message as it can get annoying if you really don't see any issues.   Windows themes can cause it. 

Depending on your os, your looking for Action Center, type it in Search, Security and maintenance, Change and you'll see a list of messages to disable.  Disable Windows Troubleshooting. 

I've see multiple ways to get to the message disables, so you might have to hunt around.

I used to get that error message from time to time in Windows 7, I just shut it off as it never caused any problems whatsoever.
