Hi guys,

I buy a Lumos at the end of November and my order still stays at stage 1. It has 42 days. Do any of you have the same situation as me? I have sent several emails, one said my pc would send on 1/5, one said lacking battery supply, now I got an email said the orders are going to ship before the end of January. I'm really frustrated, especially I cannot get any updates on my account and those emails did not really answer my question. I know now everyone has a bad time, but since DS is still working, I hope I can get my pc asap.

I’ve been waiting since December 1st and I thought that was bad. Imagine all the people who plan on placing an order now and thinking they will be getting anything by February.

I’ve been waiting since November and still stage 1. It’s going to be a long wait.

42 days in stage one is absolutely unacceptable...gives me no hope for my Dec 16th order I placed. NAV any help would be greatly appreciated

I am now beginning to think I should just cancel my order. I placed it on Dec. 20th, but, with the times others are having to wait it seems like it would be at least late February or March until I would get mine.

I got my order updated to stage 3 yesterday at about 5 pm. I think they are just too busy and lacking components? Be patient is the only thing we can do now.

I decided to wait as well, because I looked at online stores and local stores for AMD 5000 series and/or RTX 3000 series to no avail (even today). So why not just stay in the backorder queue.

I would suggest as I did, start drinking more often to self medicate it kinda works LOL

I just wanna say thanks to Alex and the DS support team they have answered every email and phone call and have assured me that certain components are available and that build should be moving forward. There is a bit of a line for getting your build started it appears. I ordered dec 16th and was told to look for progress mid-end next week. Patience my friends! Still in stage 1 currently

I am sitting at almost 4 weeks at Stage 1. I am also using Bread credit and would not really like to be paying when there is nothing to be paying for. Anyway...first world problems.

If I have to wait 3 months it might be worth waiting 3 more when all the new tech is released. It is a gamble at this point...trying to stay positive.

I too am a November wait veteran, lol. I got my CPU switched to a lesser one to see if that helps move it along, but now I think I just screwed myself if it’s still going to take another month or two.

I placed my order on nov 19. Still stage 1, but I expected it when I ordered 5900 paired with a 6800xt. I have called a few times, and got through to customer service within 10 minutes.
