I’ve been stuck in stage 1 for over a month now. I’ve bought the lumos model on December 13th and got into stage 1 on the 15th. It is currently January 20th and still no update on the computer.

ya I been stuck since Black Friday, others on here longer. must of have a AMD spec. I can say theirs a long line ahead of you for catch up in production until AMD gives out more supply. I would say call digital for options if your in a rush. Or like some of us wait it out but again there is a line.

Don’t change parts, it probably isn’t going to help your wait any. Unless you ordered an AMD GPU, your better off waiting. I changed components and the build is still dragging, now I still have no PC and when I get it, it won’t be as powerful. It’s tempting but don’t do it! Lol

Totally agree. I just got the email asking if I wanted to change. I decided to just wait it out. Sure it sucks to wait, but in all honesty I’m not really in a rush. Appreciate digital storm for reaching out at all.

Yeah, I ordered a Lumos on 12/9 and I'm also still in stage 1.

I know GPUs are hard to get right now, but I sent them a GPU that I was able to score off Newgg.

Also no AMD here, just Intel.

Mid Dec orders are suppose to ship beg-end of Feb is what I was told.
