I ordered my rig on January 16th of 2020, and got the confirmation email for stage one on the 17th. I bought the Lynx Level 4. I’ve been on stage 1 ever since and haven’t gotten any other update emails.

You can email DS Manager Alex to ask. Sometimes they are waiting for a part that’s needed for your build to move along. Ask Alex. He tends to get things resolved for customers... [email protected] Also I noticed you didn’t get your DS Verified Customer badge. That usually happens if the DS Order email and the forum emails don’t match exactly. You might check on that too... |

I ordered a lynx level 3 on Jan. 23rd and they are telling me to expect it to be shipped on Feb. 14th

Correct, we then will have a majority of all Lynx orders on track and before the end of this month, we'll be ready to ship on all Lynx builds within 1-3 business days.
We're catching up fast now. |
