Placed my order in October. Still not received my system. Still on stage 5. They are also Ignoring my emails.

yea they ignored my email as well no answer... i was thinking maybe because my build has rtx 3080 which i know theres shortage problem..im just stay calm being positive hopefully this long wait will over soon🤞🤞

I sincerely doubt that [email protected] has ignored your emails. Or [email protected]. These are the customer service people that go out of their way to make sure that you get the care and Customer Service that they're known for.

Alex responds to me always within 24hrs with mental/spiritual/emotional support (yes Im trying to be funny) but Alex has always responded to me

Sounds odd that you don't receive any help. Try the emails mentioned.
