Such a thing as PCI ethernet card with usb ports?

   OK, noob question.  I'm planning to install a TV tuner card in an old beater of a machine.  The problem is, it only has 2 PCI slots.  One slot has an ethernet card in it, as the onboard network adapter died on me one day.  The other slot has a USB 2.0 PCI card in it, as the motherboard only had USB 1.0 ports (yes, it is an old machine).

So, I need to free up a slot.  Does anybody make a PCI card that has both an ethernet port on it, AND a USB 2.0 port?  I've searched, but haven't found anything, mostly because any search with "USB" and "ethernet" in it returns USB ethernet adapters.  I understand those are slower for streaming over a network, if I understand it right.
